Error message, unresponsive terminal, bank not answering: we diagnose remotely when the machine is connected, and tell you what to do.

A terminal only takes payments if it talks to the machine. We write the payment driver, the kiosk software and the monitoring, and handle the bank paperwork up to the first payment. We do not build vending machines: we work on yours, or with its manufacturer.

Do we need to replace the machine’s controller?
Not necessarily. We review the controller or PC in place during the feasibility study.
Who supplies the terminal and the bank contract?
The terminal is bought from an Ingenico distributor, and the merchant agreement is signed with your bank. We prepare the TPA form and the setup with them.
Do you build the machine?
No. We work on your machine or with its manufacturer: terminal, software, commissioning and monitoring.
Do you work in the overseas territories?
Yes, in mainland France as well as in the overseas territories.
